The Individual Accounts are structured into 6 different sections. There is the standard account information that is collected for all accounts. The option to upload a scanned copy or photo of an important document, such as a passport or driving license, and other information such as a list of transactions for the account.
The list of transactions are very straight forward to set-up and it is surprising how quickly the history will build-up and become useful over time. All those important phone calls and contract renewals may be captured and referred to when needed. No need for relying on post-it notes that then become lost or misplaced. The Virtual Office is designed to chronologically store all the transactions with the 8 most recent transactions contained in the standard report. All other transactions are accessible and archived below.
